He leverages\u00a0a wealth of domain experience in oil &amp;amp; gas processes, operational production, and project engineering\u00a0to solve customer problems and create a competitive advantage, while guiding customers along their\u00a0digital transformation journeys.<\/p>\n<p>Pal has over 40 years\u2019 experience in Oil &amp;amp; Gas industrial automation sales and consulting including prior\u00a0careers at ExxonMobil and Honeywell Process Solutions. This experience spans the entire oil &amp;amp; gas value\u00a0chain (from the oil field to the gas pump). He has developed \/ sold high impact solutions that modernize\u00a0oil &amp;amp; gas operations including oil field production, terminals, refineries \/ petrochemical plants,\u00a0distribution, and retail (C-stores).
