Flow meters are largely installed for monitoring of industrial operations from manufacturing plants to water treatment facilities. These meters provide data to identify potential issues within the process, regulate the flow in the piping system or for custody transfer applications between two different entities.

 We will take a look at several common meter types and the various applications in which they are used. I will also explain some of the key factors to consider during their selection.
